Refund policy

All sales are final

Because every Roo is made for play with your cat, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including if your cat isn't interested.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement. See our shipping policy for details.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, or any time before your order ships, for a full refund. Email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled.

Discount codes

Discount codes have to be entered at checkout and can't be applied after an order is placed.
